We want to ensure you have the perfect mementos from your experience, so if you didn't choose photos during your tour or want to add more to the ones you already have, our dedicated Photography team is here to assist you.


In order to help our photo team to identify your photos, please send an email to customerservicephoto@cabo-adventures.com


Please make sure to add the following information:

  1. Name under the reservation was made:
  2. Tour name:
  3. Day and time of your visit:
  4. Name of your guide:
    *Add an image of the participants


As soon as our photo team finds your photos, they will let you know the price, and if you agree to buy them, you will get a PayPal link to process the payment.


Finally, you will receive a link to download the original files.

Photos will only be stored for six months after the tour date, so if you'd like to buy some or add more to your first package, please be sure to do so within the next few months after your tour.

If you received our email but couldn't download your photos, it might be due to the loading time (sometimes, the photo files can take up to 48 hours to upload). Please revisit the link one or two days later and try downloading them again.
